**Orders Shipping Time:**
We take great pride in maintaining a stock of our best-selling and select items, allowing us to expedite order processing. Our dedicated staff inspects and carefully packs each order to ensure that all items are in pristine condition. Shipping times for different products may vary, and here's a breakdown of the typical shipping times:

1. Orders without additional items not in stock: Normally ship within 2 business days after confirmation.
2. Orders with made-to-order, handcrafted, or special items: Normally ship within 7 business days after confirmation.
3. Made-to-order, handcrafted, and other special/custom items: Crafted after confirmation and may take 14 business days or more to ship. If you have any doubts, please contact us before placing an order.

If your order contains multiple products, the estimated shipping time will depend on the item with the longest processing time. We do not separate orders or ship combo products separately before the estimated shipping time. If you prefer to receive products individually as they become available, please place separate orders.

**Carrier Shipping Time:**
Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery times will depend on the chosen shipping method, such as Standard Shipping or FedEx/UPS/DHL International Priority. While we provide estimated delivery times for reference, please note that external factors beyond our control, like specific regions' shipping conditions, may affect actual delivery times. Remote regions or areas like Southern or Western Australia, Middle East, Africa, and South America may experience longer delivery times. If you opt for Basic Shipping (if available), delivery time may take up to 2 months and is not controlled by Futurfam.

**Shipping Services:**
We use reputable shipping partners like FedEx, DHL, UPS, or others based on the chosen shipping option, destination, and service availability.

**Shipping Fee:**
Please be aware that shipping costs are determined by third-party shipping partners and may vary depending on the destination and industry-related factors like shipping and aviation conditions.

**Countries We Serve:**

**Customs and Import Taxes:**
Some countries impose taxes on imported goods, requiring recipients to pay additional charges before the product can be delivered. Customers are solely responsible for clearing all customs procedures and paying any local import taxes or additional charges. If you are unsure about potential additional taxes in your country, we recommend contacting your local post office or customs department for clarification.

**Shipping Notice:**
When placing an order, please ensure you enter the correct name, shipping address, and contact information to facilitate successful delivery. Double-check your address before payment, and if any changes are needed, contact us promptly before the order is shipped. Please note that Futurfam assumes no responsibility for delayed or rejected orders due to the following reasons:

- Incorrect or incomplete consignee/receiver name or address.
- Actions taken by the consignee/receiver, such as changing the address after shipment, refusing to receive the order, failing to pay import taxes or customs obligations, providing an unknown or wrong address, or providing incorrect contact information.
- Delays due to transportation to remote regions.
- Delays caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters, government actions, customs actions, postal administration policy changes, wars, etc.
- Aviation contraband, fragile products, or items not eligible for air freight service due to aviation security regulations.
- Shipments that are confiscated or disposed of due to violations of customs or transportation regulations.
- Mail and packages that may not be delivered during national holidays, festivals, or weekends.
- Delivery to a school, unit, or residential community where the courier has no access.

**Order and Logistics Tracking:**
After your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email with your receipt and a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our shipping partner's website to track the progress of your shipment. Please keep in mind that Futurfam and our shipping partners are not liable for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe delivery environment, continuously track parcels, and effectively manage belongings upon delivery.
